How Weekly Cashback Works
Each week, your total wins are subtracted from your total losses to get your net loss. A portion of that net loss comes back to you as cashback. The rate depends on your VIP tier — the higher the tier, the higher the cashback rate.
Calculation Example
Cashback partially offsets your losses — it is not a guarantee of winning, but a layer of protection.

Live Dealer Experience — What It's Like
Regular online games produce computer-generated results, but in live casino, trained dealers from a real studio deal cards or spin the roulette wheel in front of a live camera. You can watch the entire process in an HD video stream — nothing is hidden.
Baccarat, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar tables also have Bengali-speaking hosts — playing in a familiar environment feels a little different.
- Tables from Evolution, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live
- Same HD-quality stream on mobile
- Option to chat with the dealer
- Freedom to switch tables at any time
Betting Exchange — Understanding Back and Lay
In a regular sportsbook, you bet against the bookmaker. In a betting exchange, you bet against other players — the platform only sits in the middle and takes a commission. As a result, odds are often better.
Back Bet — You think Team A will win, so you bet in their favour.
Lay Bet — You think Team A will lose, so you take on the bookmaker's role and accept a bet against them.
Calculation Example (Team A, Odds 1.80)
| Back Bet | Lay Bet |
|---|---|
| Betting on an outcome | Betting against an outcome |
| Like a regular bettor | Like a bookmaker |
| Maximum loss = stake | Maximum loss = (odds − 1) × stake |
| Odds come from other Lay bettors | Odds come from other Back bettors |
Commission rates may vary by platform. Team names are for illustration only — these are not real odds or any guarantee of winning.
24/7 Support in Bengali
Being able to talk in your own language makes problems easier to resolve. dhoni88's support team has Bengali-speaking agents available around the clock — day or night, including weekends.
Start a chat directly from any page on the site. Get quick answers on accounts, deposits, bonuses, or any technical issue.
For complex issues or document-related matters, write to us in detail by email. The same Bengali-speaking team will reply.
The same 24/7 support is also available in English. No question is too small — agents are there to help.
A Guide to Understanding Slot RTP and Volatility
What Does RTP Mean?
RTP (Return to Player) is a slot's long-term average return rate — calculated over millions of spins. It does not mean you will get back exactly that amount in every session. Most slots generally have an RTP between 94–97%.
Example: Mahjong Ways 2 has a maximum RTP of 96.95%, and Aviator has a maximum RTP of 97%.
Which Slot Should You Choose?
If you want to play longer on a small budget, go for a low-volatility or high-RTP slot. Big prizes require patience and a larger bankroll.
Play responsibly — never bet more than your set budget. For ages 21+.
Three Levels of Volatility
Low Volatility
Wins come frequently but are usually smaller. Good for making your bankroll last longer.
Medium Volatility
A balance between win frequency and win size. A good starting point for beginners.
High Volatility
Wins come less frequently, but when they do, the prizes can be large. Requires patience and a solid budget.
Keep Your Account Secure
A little caution keeps your account and money safe. Follow these tips.
Never Share Your OTP
No one will ever ask for your OTP — even if they claim to be the support team. If anyone asks for your OTP, treat it as a fraud attempt.
Verify the Correct Domain
Before logging in, check the correct domain in your browser's address bar. Be careful of fake sites that look exactly the same.
Use a Strong Password
Create a unique password using a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not use a password from any other site.
Log Out on Shared Devices
After using someone else's phone or computer, always log out and avoid saving your password.
Get Support Directly Through the Site
If you have a problem, contact only the site's live chat or official email. Never through a third party.
Verify Forwarded Promotions
Do not trust bonus screenshots sent by an 'agent' on Telegram or WhatsApp. Verify any offer directly on the official site.
